Whether you love it or hate it, you have to admit that Site Rubix is a useful tool considering it DOES make creating a website very easy despite its limitations. If you have absolutely no knowledge of putting a site together your chances of creating something reasonable is pretty poor without the help of a tool like Site Rubix.

Many will attempt to start off with the industry standard , Dreamweaver. Dreamweaver is hard and for the beginner almost impossible to decipher. Also, a true programmer would jump cartwheels over the extra code Dreamweaver adds that is just not necessary. Perhaps not an issue for you, the beginner, but think of loading time and troubleshooting when the site does not work.

So, back to Site Rubix 

It has its limits as I said, but it is great for the beginner. For me, the biggest limits are to do with sizing. I do not like the overall width of 760px mostly because it looks a little lost on my screen which is 24 inches. Also, the header height is a little short although there are some who would agree that to keep the header short and the content long is a good thing.
